Lava Dora is the best laundry establishment I've ever been to very clean, has restroom and utility sink. Sometimes its very busy thats because they're so great. I just wait like a normal human being for a washer or come at non typical busy hrs. June the owner is super nice always willing to help anyones needs. I rarely write reviews but this place is the bee knees! Thanks June!!!

It's got to be the cleanest one in Concord. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy card is great. Never had a problem , even when I wasn't feeling well halfway through the wash , they were able to take over the washing and I returned to get it when I felt better at a very reasonable price.

This is right behind my work and I love the convenience of being able to throw in my blankets to be washed while I work. Their big industrial machines easily fit 2-3 blankets in one cycle. Love that I don't have to worry about dealing with change and that you can load money onto a card and simply insert the card into the machine. Establishment is always clean and staff is on site at all times.

We did the wash and fold service every week for about two months while we were waiting a new washer and dryer. The team at Lava Dora did a great job every time. Prices are reasonable and the people are really friendly. I'm glad we found them.

The best…. Super clean, super friendly. AC is always blasted on a hot day. It could get crowded at times on weekends and it’s tideous when there’s zero baskets or dryers available. But overall one of the best laundry mats in the area

I have been coming here to wash my comforters for 20 yrs now. 🤩The employees are always willing to help especially if ur card not working etc. This place gets busy..especially on the weekends. I am grateful this place is providing a safe place for its community to do business with and close to shops especially Kings Donuts. 😇🙏 …

Update: Spoke with one of the employees, was offered a small compensation for my inconvenience and was told that there will be consequences for the employee in question. I like this laundromat in general, hopeful this is going to be the last time I ran into this problem. 2020 Update: This place has officially the worst customer service i have ever received from anywhere. I was doing my laundry in the evening, I left to pick up Starbucks about half an hour before closing, when I came back the place was locked up and the guy was gone. Even though there were 20 minutes before they were supposed to be closed. The guy knew my laundry was there and I was coming. He mentioned to me before that he doesn't like it that i sometimes come in close to closing. But to deliberately leave 20 minutes early and leave my clothes looked up there just because he wants to go home and get paid for doing nothing, that is absolutely the most obnoxious self-centered rude and malicious behavior I have ever received from any employee in any place I do business. 2019 Update: I spoke with the owner and explained the situation. After the conversation i was told this wouldn't happen again, as long as that's true this place is back to being my favorite spot to do the laundry. Normally I love this place but one of the employees is extremely rude, I arrived 10 minutes before the cutoff time for doing the laundry and the guy ran to the switch to turn off all the washing machines in front of me because he wants to go home early, this is a 3rd time this happened with me arriving within 10 to 15 minutes before 9. I may be cutting it a bit close I know, but I did followed the rules, I arrived within the time posted on the door and was turned down for no other reason then an employee having a powertrip and refusing to do his job all because he doesn't want to stay until the official closing time. I am planning to talk to the manager, will update this review afterwards.

I have to admit this is the first time I’ve been to a laundromat in a decade or more. The hotel doesn’t have on-site laundry. I looked on Google maps and saw good things about this place so I made the drive First impression is that it’s a very clean establishment. I especially love that I don’t have to carry quarters around. Payment system is cash or credit. I chose credit and was able to use Apple Pay which was a plus for me. They issue you a card with your money on it which requires a $1 deposit. This trip they were out of soap from the vending machine. I’m traveling so I don’t carry that on me but the attendant was very nice and directed me to the Kwik Stop just across the street who had small bottles of soap. It was a bit more expensive ($6-$7 for a small bottle of liquid detergent) than a grocery store but it works in a pinch. Single load $3 and double load $4 at the time of this writing. There’s also a thrift store in the shopping center I might check out after laundry is done. Be well.
